These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with The Natural Flower Field Co. via this website and to any related correspondence.
1) About us
The Natural Flower Field Co. grows and supplies seasonal British flowers, available late March to mid-October (subject to weather and availability).
2) Placing an order
- Orders are placed via the shop, unless otherwise agreed by email.
- Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for bouquets so flowers can be cut, conditioned and prepared.
- During busy periods, availability may be limited and some dates may fill up.
3) Seasonal availability & substitutions
- Our flowers are seasonal and vary week to week.
- We may need to substitute varieties or colours depending on what is looking best at the time of cutting. We’ll always aim to keep the overall style, colour palette and value the same (or better).
- Because flowers are a natural product, variation is normal.
4) Prices & payment
Prices are shown on the website and include preparation and packaging.
Payment is taken at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5) Collection & delivery
Collection
- Collection is from Piddinghoe, Monday to Saturday, on the date selected at checkout.
- Collection is free of charge.
- Delivery (where offered at checkout)
- Collection from Piddinghoe – free
- Local delivery to BN9 & BN10 – free
- Delivery to BN7 – £10
- Delivery to BN1, BN2, BN3, BN8, BN25, BN26 – £15
- If you are outside these areas (or need a special arrangement), please use the Contact page and we’ll advise.
Important notes
- We do not post or courier fresh flowers.
- Please make sure delivery details and any access notes are correct at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or no safe access, we’ll contact you to rearrange where possible.
6) Gifts & messages
- If your order is a gift, you can add a gift message at checkout.
- Please double-check spelling and names — we’ll print exactly what you provide.
7) Changes & cancellations
Because flowers are cut and prepared specifically for your order:
- If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If we have already started cutting/conditioning or preparing your order (typically within the 24–48 hours before your selected date), we may be unable to cancel or refund in full.
- Where a refund is possible, it will be processed to the original payment method.
8) Quality, issues & your bouquet’s vase life
We take great care to cut and condition flowers properly. Vase life will vary depending on the flower varieties used, the weather, and aftercare in the home.
If there’s a problem with your order (for example, it arrives damaged or is not as described):
- Please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery, ideally with a photo, and we’ll do our best to put it right.
9) Weddings, farewell flowers & bespoke/event orders
Weddings, farewell flowers and DIY event buckets are generally quoted as bespoke work.
- We’ll confirm details, timings and any deposits in writing for these orders.
- Where a deposit is required to secure a date, it is normally non-refundable once work has started or flowers have been allocated to your order.

All website content (text and images) remains the property of The Natural Flower Field Co. unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission.
